Order Status Policies
7-Day Status Change Window for Vendors
Once an order has been marked as Completed, vendors have 7 days to make any further status changes (e.g., to Refunded). After 7 days, the status becomes locked and cannot be changed.
Vendor Policies
Storefronts
Storefronts are 100% FREE. Vend Elf reserves the right to remove storefronts that 1) have been inactive (no transactions in last 180 days); 2) are displaying inappropriate images; 3) are selling illegal products or services; 4) are violating Terms of Service or Policy Guide; or 5) for any reason not previously mentioned.
Transaction Costs
For each transaction, vendors will be charged 15% of the transaction amount (before tips, discounts and taxes, if applicable) once order is completed. Vendor will not be charged for completed Pay at Pickup orders. (Note Pay at Pickup customers are not eligible to rate vendors.)
Refunds
Vendors may issue refunds by changing a Completed order to Refunded status within the 7-day window. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
Product Listings
Vendors are responsible for keeping product listings accurate, including pricing, availability, and descriptions. Products must comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.
Order Fulfillment
Vendors are expected to fulfill orders in a timely manner and update order statuses promptly. Customers should be notified of any delays.
Customer Policies
Cancellations
Customers may request a cancellation before an order is marked as Processing. Once the order is in Processing, Ready, or Completed status, cancellations are at the vendor's discretion.
Reviews & Ratings
Customers may leave a rating on completed orders. Ratings should be honest and reflect the actual transaction experience. Customers using Vend Elf payment system to complete the order will be eligible to leave ratings. Pay at Pickup customers are not eligible to rate vendors.
Recurring Services
Customers subscribed to recurring services may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
